Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026
Agreement
By using Hutch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What Hutch Provides
Hutch is a structured data storage service. You can create collections, store records, and access your data via API or web interface. We provide the platform; you provide the data.
Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
- You are responsible for the data you store and the agents you connect
- One person or entity per account — no sharing accounts
Your Data
You own the data you store in Hutch. We do not claim any rights to your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and use the data you put into Hutch. Don't store data you don't have permission to use.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Hutch to:
- Store illegal content
- Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service
- Scrape or harvest data from other users
- Circumvent security controls or access limits
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Published Pages
When you publish a collection, its data becomes publicly accessible at a URL. You are responsible for what you publish. We are not responsible for content published by users.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Hutch available and reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss — keep your own backups for critical data.
Pricing
Hutch is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will give existing users advance notice and will not remove access to data already stored.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Hutch after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
